Holistic Pelvic ProgramWho is the Pelvic Program for?

The Pelvic Program is designed for people who want guided pelvic floor exercise but may not have easy access to in-person pelvic floor physical therapy. It can also be a good fit if you’re simply looking for a structured way to learn and practice pelvic floor exercises at home.

This may be helpful if you:

  • N
Do you “just want to learn how to do Kegels?”
  • N
Have you tried to schedule pelvic floor physical therapy but have found all the pelvic floor PT’s near you have a months long waitlist?
  • N
Do you live somewhere where you don’t have access to pelvic floor physical therapy without driving long distances?
  • N
Do you lack insurance coverage for pelvic floor physical therapy?
  • N
Are you uncomfortable with the idea of in-person pelvic floor physical therapy for your urinary incontinence symptoms?

Holistic Pelvic ProgramWhat's Included.

The Pelvic Program is a structured 6-week exercise program designed to guide you through daily pelvic floor training at home. Through short, guided video sessions, you'll progress step-by-step from pelvic floor relaxation to functional strengthening exercises.

What does the Pelvic Program include?

This is a 6-week exercise-based program that requires you to perform 15-20 minutes of exercise per day, all guided by me on video.

This is my entire pelvic floor muscle exercise program, over 25 exercises, pre-recorded, scheduled 15-20 minutes daily to improve your pelvic floor muscle function over 6 weeks.

It will take you from pelvic floor muscle relaxation all the way to functional, standing pelvic floor exercises (Kegels).

What does the Pelvic Program NOT include?

This program does not include a personalized assessment or evaluation. There are no in-person or virtual one-on-one sessions included. The entire program is virtual and pre-recorded.

My current manual therapy schedule allows me to see patients 1 time every 3 weeks, which is not ideal for exercise-based PT. My rates are also higher than what you should be paying for traditional exercise-based pelvic floor PT. That is why I no longer offer this kind of pelvic floor physical therapy in-person and the entire pre-recorded virtual Pelvic Program is available for the same cost as 1 of my in-person manual treatment sessions.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and science-supported, with an emphasis on listening to the whole person – not just chasing symptoms.
