What is your cancellation policy?
Please, please, please kindly try to give me as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows me to have time to contact others to give your appointment time to another patient, and it keeps my very limited schedule full.
Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation whenever possible.
If there are two (2) occurrences of under 24 hour cancellations in a row, all future appointments will be cancelled and no future appointments will be scheduled.
If you do not cancel and do not show up to your scheduled appointment (no call/no show), the full treatment fee is required in full and no further appointments will be scheduled until the missed treatment fee is paid.
I have an illness/cough/cold/fever. Should I come to my appointment?
No, please contact me as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.
If you are not feeling well, your body will not receive/integrate my treatment as well as when you are not fighting off an illness. It's best to wait until you are feeling healthy to receive treatment.
Please, whenever possible, give over 24 hours notice so I can give your treatment time to another patient and keep my schedule full. I know that isn't always possible with illnesses, but if you feel you are coming down with something, please reach out.
I'm feeling good. Should I come to my appointment?
No, please contact me as soon as possible to push back your appointment by a few weeks.
If we've been working together for some time and your symptoms have improved and you are feeling good, I'd prefer to push back treatment to see if we can maintain this good feeling without more treatment.
Please, whenever possible, give over 24 hours notice so I can give your treatment time to another patient and keep my schedule full.
I have my period. Should I come to my appointment?
Yes, please keep your appointment as scheduled. There is no reason to schedule treatment around your period. I have supplies and am prepared to do internal work at any point of your menstrual cycle, if/when it is called for.
If you are uncomfortable with internal work during your period, we will do other techniques at that visit.
